Sparkling red wine made from 80% Lambrusco Salamino and 20% Lambrusco Maestri grapes cultivated on our farm; produced using a traditional red vinification process in temperature-controlled steel tanks with cold maceration on the skins for 2 to 3 days. The first fermentation is completed without the skins to obtain a more refined product. The refermentation, on the other hand, takes place in an autoclave using the Charmat method and lasts about 20 days. 10.5% vol
